Set up a season, add your events, and let teams register themselves from your public page. Score each event at the ramp and the standings update on their own. When it is time for the championship, the qualification comes from the standings anglers have been watching all year.

- Is there free software for running a bass club?
- ReelRank has a free tier that runs a full season — one season with a set number of teams and events, including registration, scoring, and standings. Everything is free for all clubs while we are in beta.
- We only run six events a year. Is this too much software?
- No. A club running a handful of events a season is exactly who this is built for. You set up a season, add your events, and the parts you do not use stay out of the way.
- Can more than one officer manage the club?
- Yes. Clubs can have multiple administrators, so the season does not depend on one person's laptop and officers can hand over responsibilities without handing over a spreadsheet.
- Do our anglers have to create accounts?
- Anglers create an account to register for events and manage their team, which is what lets them sign up themselves and check their own standings. Viewing your public schedule, standings, and results requires no account at all.
- What if we still want to use paper at the ramp?
- That works. Print a scoresheet with your registered teams, run weigh-in the way you always have, and enter results afterward. Plenty of ramps have no usable cell service and the system is built to expect that.
- Can we move our existing season onto ReelRank mid-year?
- Yes, though it is smoother at a season boundary. If you are partway through a year, prior event results can be entered so the standings reflect the full season rather than starting from where you switched.
