Your event page takes the entries
Publish an event and it appears on your organization's public page with the date, location, entry fee, and what teams need to bring. Share that link anywhere — Facebook, a group text, a flyer — and registrations come back to one list instead of five conversations.

Waivers and rules, agreed before they are confirmed
Attach what a team has to accept before they are on the roster — a liability waiver, your rules document, a membership agreement, a code of conduct. Anglers read and accept it as part of signing up, and you have a record of who accepted what and when.

Common questions
- Can anglers sign a waiver online when they register?
- Yes. You can attach a waiver, a rules document, or any custom agreement as a registration requirement. Teams accept it as part of signing up and cannot complete registration without doing so, and the acceptance is recorded against the team.
- Can we set a registration deadline?
- Yes. Each event has a registration window with an open date and a hard cutoff, so entries close when you decide rather than being negotiated at the ramp on launch morning.
- Does ReelRank collect entry fees from anglers?
- Not currently. ReelRank tracks fee status against each team on the roster so you can see who has paid, but the money is collected however your club already does it — cash, check, or a payment app.
- Can different events have different requirements?
- Yes. Requirements can be set once at the organization level so they apply to everything, or attached to a specific season or an individual event when the rules differ for that one.
- How do teams get their boat numbers?
- Boat numbers can be randomized for the whole field in one click and shared ahead of launch day, so you can skip the early-morning chip draw and teams arrive knowing their number.
- Can we still take walk-up entries on the day?
- Yes. Print a scoresheet with your registered teams, add walk-ups on paper at the ramp, and enter them when you get back. Nothing depends on every team having registered online in advance.
