How It Works

ReelRank makes it easy to schedule open events and accept registrations — all in one place. Here's a quick overview of the process from start to finish.

Set up your tournament with all the essential details — name, date(s), times, location, entry fee, and max team count. You can also upload an event flyer and attach required documents like waivers and rules.

Supports single-day and two-day events, custom registration windows, and optional registration agreements.

Once your event is active, it appears on your organization's public page with all the details anglers need. Share the link and let registrations roll in.

Your public page is shareable on social media and generates a link preview card automatically.

Teams can pre-register online, and you can set a hard cutoff date to avoid the last-minute scramble.

Existing members can also register with their team for a faster sign-up experience. (Coming Soon)

Randomize your participants' boat numbers with one click and avoid early morning chip draws.

Admins can then post them to Facebook days before launch.

Using a tablet or laptop (via WiFi or Hotspot), you can enter results directly into ReelRank at the scales. When the weigh-in starts, all anglers instantly receive an email with a link to follow the live leaderboard.

Anglers can track the results while they're still tying down the boat at the ramp.

As soon as weigh-in wraps up, the app automatically emails all anglers with their teams' results.

A link to full results is included in the email.

Prefer using paper at the ramp? No sweat. You can print a scoresheet with registered anglers. Great option if you want to take day-of walk-ups.

Admins can plug their results into ReelRank later when they return home.
